OCEN 1030-341_This lab course emphasizes topics covered in OCEN 1010 (Introduction to Oceanography) such as ocean life, sediments, salinity, currents and plate tectonics. It allows a more hands-on approach to learning. Note: Completion of both OCEN 1010 AND OCEN 1030 will satisfy one laboratory science requirement in the Liberal Arts and General Studies programs. Completes the following requirement(s): mathematics and science (MSCI)
